G·GRAF restaurant’s cuisine is based on wild animals’ meat and game caught in its own hunting farm, cooked according to special Italian recipes and combined with most exquisite and rare sorts of wine.

The restaurant’s area occupies 1500 square meters.

There is a VIP zone with its own entrance, two bar counters, a big hall with galleries and other facilities. Soon a two-storey wine-room with a storage, degustation zone, tobacco shop and delicatessen store will be finished.

About the chef and cuisine

The chef of G·GRAF restaurant, Stefano Zaffrani, comes from the very heart of Italy.

Recipes that he created for G·GRAF restaurant are unique and peculiar.

Among them, for instance, is an original version of Hungarian goulash soup made of bear meat with kiwi and grappa, original polenta with woodcock, pigeon, quail and white mushrooms or a unique quail stuffed with pancetta and truffles boiled in oil.
