Restaurant Barlotti

The Italian restaurant Barlotti was opened in TsUM (Central Universal Department Store) by French restaurant group George V Eatertainment known for the project Buddha Bar. The new place is designed in luxurious style and could not be more appropriate for the selected location: first floor is a languid and dark lounge bar, the second is pure gold. The Chef of the new place is Mariano Valerio, an experienced chef, focused primarily on the quality of the original products, and then on technological innovation, who pays close attention to the quality of the ingredients used: if taking the tomatoes then it should be datterino, for rice he takes akvarello,  beef is vagyu, sauce Vitello tonnato is cooked from fresh tuna. In addition, Valerio bakes sourdough bread, which he raises himself. Barlotti has a separate entrance from Neglinnaya street, but they promise to make the door right out of TSUM menswear department soon.
