The restaurant’s menu is a detailed guide to the world of meat in Moscow! “Taliesin” has prepared many things to amaze real gourmets. We know all ways of cooking meat! Our chef Viktor Osipenko is very careful with product selection: goatling, lamb, best sorts of beef, mutton that just melts in your mouth and other kinds of meat are delivered here from all parts of the world. Juicy steaks and meat are cooked in the open kitchen: stewed in pots, baked in oven at low temperatures, fried on grills and cooked on Argentinian skewer “Parilla” made by order specially for our restaurant.

It’s needless to say that the meat prepared on open fire by hands of our talented chef has its special taste and aroma and preserves its healthy properties.

The restaurant’s creator – Arkady Levin – is famous for such projects as “El Gaucho”, “Giovedi” and “Shtolnya”. Being an avid traveler and admirer of everything new he personally collects authentic recipes and details for the interior for his restaurants all over the world. Being inspired by the work of famous American architect Frank Lloyd Wright – the “Taliesin” mansion, Levin has created the interior of his Moscow restaurant that has received the same name.
